Spiritual Communication Consultation

When working, I use clairvoyance (the ability to ‘see’) and clairsentience (the ability to ‘feel’). I believe that the most important thing is to link with the essence of the soul with whom I am connecting, as in who they really were (and still are), personality-wise, and as an individual. Of course, it is always going to be an inexact science, and I can only deliver the best that I am able to, with any link that is made. I describe all that I am seeing and feeling, and interpret and pass on any ‘messages’.

General refunds policy

Please note that I do not give refunds for a completed and delivered consultation.

 However, it IS very rare that a refund is requested, and I am happy for a dissatisfied client to explain exactly and specifically which parts of the consultation they are not happy with, and why, and to take time to look over it.

If the customer is unhappy with the predictions that have been given, of course I will not be able to do anything about it…predictions are forecasts, about emotions/events/circumstances YET to unfold! If the customer has already consulted with a number of other consultants/readers on the same subject and expects to receive exactly the same info from me – and doesn’t – a refund will not be given.

The customer is paying for my time and personal intuitive assessment, delivered as honestly and as comprehensively as I am able to. However, as long as the query is reasonable and polite, and the customer is clear and specific, I will give my consideration, and respond accordingly.

I always advise all customers, at the beginning of their recorded consultation, that it is unlikely they will immediately understand or accept everything that is said, and to keep a copy of the recording safe for ongoing consideration!
